Board of Directors Meeting

Responsible for the governance, direction, policies, budgets, and positions of Walnut Creek Downtown. Meets 2nd Wednesday of each month at 8:30am. The WCD Board Meeting is held virtually via ZOOM.

Arts Alliance

An ad-hoc group that meets the first Friday of every month, 9a-10a, to create, support and steward programs and events that enhance the artistic, aesthetic, and cultural quality of life in downtown Walnut Creek. Please contact,  Kathy Hemmenway at Kathy@walnutcreekdowntown.com.

Restaurant/Bar/WCPD Meetings

3rd Thursday of each month from 10:30am-12pm; contact Kathy Hemmenway for details.

Marketing Committee

The committee acts in an advisory role to ensure that WCD’s marketing is effectively and efficiently reaching its members, stakeholders and community members.  WCD members are invited to participate on this committee.  Contact Kerry Inserra  (kerry@walnutcreekdowntown.com) if you are interested in attending.

Ice Rink Committee

(not a standing committee)
A joint effort with the Walnut Creek Chamber of Commerce to organize the downtown ice rink for the winter season. Contact WCD for a current meeting schedule.
