Fall Family Fun in the Kinder Karneval

In German, “Kinder Karneval” means “Children’s Carnival”—and that’s exactly what we’re bringing to Walnut Creek Oktoberfest! Located in Civic Park East, the Kinder Karneval is a lively, festive zone designed just for kids. Enjoy a variety of family-friendly attractions in a safe and exciting space for young festival-goers. You bring the kids and we’ll bring the fun!

Kids Zone Passes

No need to worry about buying individual tickets for rides, keeping track of your paper tickets or having to take trips back and fourth to the ticket booth - buy a kids zone pass to enjoy the fun during the entire event! Pay once and enjoy kids activities on Friday AND Saturday. Kids Zone Passes are available to purchase on-site (adults do not need to purchase a pass to enter the kids zone or ride on the train with their child).

Head to the Civic Stage, next to the kids zone for entertainment all weekend! Featuring acts from local schools, music and dance, story times, magician, costume contest, and live music.
