Enjoy a self-paced, walkable wellness experience through Downtown featuring 30+ local fitness, health, and wellness businesses. It’s not a race. It’s not a conference. It’s your feel-good afternoon designed to help you explore, discover, and recharge.
1. CHECK-IN
Pick up your event wristband, swag bag, and Momentum map at designated starting location.
2. STROLL & EXPLORE
Follow the Momentum Map at your own pace and visit 30+ stops across the downtown.
Complete the route and you'll log 2 miles of energizing movement.
Plus, stop at raffle checkpoints along the route to earn entries for exclusive Momentum prizes!
3. EXPERIENCE & DISCOVER
Enjoy mini wellness and fitness sessions, health scans and assessments, hydrating tastings, and nourishing bites along the route.
