MUSIC & ENTERTAINMENT: Join us at the main stage and the NEW community stage for live music and entertainment from local artists. Click Here for the schedule and more information.
BEER & WINE: German beer is served around the festival at various beer tents. Find craft beer served by local breweries in the Biergarten, next to the Main Stage! For a full list of participating breweries, click here.
FOOD: From brats to pretzels, we have you covered! Visit our various food vendors and food trucks surrounding the festival. Click here to view the full list of participating food vendors.
KIDS ZONE: Visit the Kinderplatz Kids Zone for family-friendly activities, inflatable rides & more. Wristbands are required for all kids entering the kids zone and are valid for both event days. Visit the Kinderplatz Page for more information.
TICKETS & GLASSES
This event is FREE ADMISSION. Drink tickets, glassware, and kids zone tickets are available for presale purchase. Additional items are available on-site and can be purchased at ticket booths at the event.
PRESALE TICKETS: Buy presale tickets and special presale-only bundles ahead of time to save money & beat the line. Pre-sale orders will pickup at any of the Ticket Booths located around the festival.

CASHLESS: Please note, the ticket booths are CASHLESS. All ticket booths will only accept credit card payments and will not be accepting cash. Individual vendors may have varying payment systems.

GETTING TO THE EVENT
EVENT PARKING:
Event parking is available for $10 (cash or card) at 1111 Civic Drive (entrance is located off Arroyo Way). The parking lot will open 30 minutes before the event begins.
Limited parking is available at Civic Park. Street parking is available at surrounding metered parking spaces within the downtown. There are 2 nearby parking garages: North Broadway Garage and Lesher Center Garage.
OKTOBERFEST IS BARTABLE!
We strongly encourage using public transportation. Hop on and off at the Walnut Creek Bart Station, less than a 10 minute walk from the event. Click here to plan your visit.
BIKE VALET
Oktoberfest is conveniently located next to the Ironhorse Trail. Free Valet Bicycle Parking is provided by Bike Concord. Find the bike valet booth at the entrance next to the bridge from Civic Park.
THE CHILL ZONE
Enter Oktoberfest's Porta-Party Speakeasy to be transported into the Chill Zone!
SHHH... It's a secret! Find the "Porta Pottys" located in the middle of Oktoberfest celebrations and through the doors of one porta potty you will find the Chill Zone.

PLEASE NOTE:
It is FREE to enter the Chill Zone. However, if you would like to purchase a drink at the Chill Zone Bar you must purchase drink tickets prior to entering at the designated ticket booths located around the festival. Drink Tickets are $10 and drinks inside the Chill Zone are limited to 2 per person.

THE BARK LOUNGE
Let's celebrate DOG-TOBERFEST together!
Bring your furry friends to Oktoberfest and visit our designated Bark Lounge, sponsored by Dog Tired Adventures.
Dogs must be well-behaved and must be on a 6ft leash or shorter, at all times. We reserve the right to ask any dog to be removed from the event.
DOG & OWNER COSTUME CONTEST: Dress in your best Oktoberfest attire and enter to win the Dog & Owner costume contest on Saturday at 3pm on the Community Stage.
THE DO'S & DONT'S
Attendees who purchase drink tickets must be 21 years of age or older and must present a valid ID to redeem presale tickets or to purchase tickets at the event. Walnut Creek Oktoberfest is a drink responsibly event and reserves the right to regulate and/or stop serving individuals. Walnut Creek Downtown Association thanks you in advance for drinking responsibly and encourages all attendees to arrange a designated driver or take BART or use rideshare services.
There's no better place to show off your dirndl dress or don the lederhosen (not mandatory, but recommended). We encourage you to dress in your best Oktoberfest attire and join the festivities as we recreate the beloved German fall celebration in the heart of Walnut Creek.
No outside food or alcohol are allowed. In compliance with the City of Walnut Creek ordinance, Civic Park is a non-smoking space. All weapons and drugs of any kind are strictly prohibited.
