Walnut Creek Oktoberfest is located in Civic Park East, Walnut Creek.

MAIN ENTRANCE: 1375 Civic Drive 

To enter from the Main Civic Park entrance, use the adress listed above & cross over the bridge from the parking lot. Limited event parking is available in the Main Civic Park lot. Please use this address for rideshare pickup & dropoff.

BACK ENTRANCE:  1761 Carmel Drive

EVENT PARKING: 1111 Civic Drive (Mechanic's Bank Parking Lot)

Parking lot entrance is on Arroyo Way, off Civic Drive. Event parking is $10 (cash or card). Parking is also available in surrounding parking garages located within the downtown.

Whether you're helping with setup, selling tickets, pouring beer and wine, or ensuring the festivities run smoothly, your efforts will play a crucial role in making this year's Oktoberfest truly spectacular. Join us in spreading the joy of Oktoberfest – sign up today!

21 and older volunteers will receive an Oktoberfest glass and drink ticket. Under 21 will receive a ticket for a brat sandwich on-site.

ALL TICKET BOOTHS ARE CASHLESS!

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and apple pay at each of the ticket booths but NO CASH.

Tickets & Parking can be pre-purchased (click here) or can be paid by cash or card on-site.

Craft & food vendors have their own payment processing systems and most accept credit cards.

Ride-share options like taxis, Uber, and Lyft, or friends are terrific ways to get to the event and to get home safe after. The best place to get dropped off is: 1375 Civic Drive (dropoff in the parking lot, walk across the bridge & you're there!)

Absolutely! We encourage you to bring your well-behaved dogs & be sure to visit our Bark Lounge at Oktoberfest for treats, pet vendors, & more. 

Please keep dogs on leash and in control at all times. Be sure to bring water & pet waste bags and dispose of all waste properly.
