Join us at ISI Elite Training in Downtown Walnut Creek for a Family Fun work out starting at Ages 3 and up! This workout is designed specifically for kids and adults to be able to work out and play around as a family. Promoting healthy living at ALL ages! Mr. Dewis Ice Cream will be served for everyone after the session!
