We are a community leader in sustainable practices. We are among the first restaurants to use Community Grains in all of our whole wheat baked goods. All of our meats and dairy are antibiotic- and hormone-free and are vegetarian-fed. We proudly use Mary’s free-range chickens in our recipes. If Mary’s products are unavailable, we substitute with Rocky Free-Range Chickens. Our produce is sustainably grown and locally sourced when available.
